Is this just Zapier?

Sometimes, honestly, yes — and we will say so. If three Zaps solve it, you should not pay for a custom build. We reach for engineering when the logic has real branching, the volume is high enough that reliability matters, or the data cannot leave your estate.

How long before we see anything?

The first workflow sprint runs four to six weeks end to end, including discovery, build, integration and a measured before/after. We deliberately scope the first one small enough to finish.

What if our process changes?

It will. That is why we instrument the workflow and hand over the configuration rather than hard-coding the rules. Your ops lead should be able to change a threshold without calling us.
