Education & Training

Content is free now. Accountability and outcomes are not.

If your product was explanation, a general assistant already does it at no cost.

The friction

Where the hours actually go.

Administrative questions swamp teaching staff

Deadlines, timetables, fees and requirements interrupt people whose time should go to teaching.

Disengagement is noticed late

By the time a student is clearly struggling, the intervention window has often closed.

Feedback does not scale

Personalised feedback is the highest-value thing an educator does and the first casualty of workload.

Enrolment enquiries go cold

Prospective students ask at odd hours and decide quickly.

What we would build, and in what order.

Sector constraints

What we design around in this industry.

These are not caveats added at the end. They shape the scope from the first workshop.

  • Grades and assessment outcomes are always reviewed and issued by an educator
  • Safeguarding and wellbeing signals escalate to designated staff immediately and are never handled automatically
  • Student data is handled under FERPA / GDPR terms as jurisdiction requires
  • Academic integrity policy is designed alongside, not retrofitted

Questions from this sector

Fair challenges.

Does AI feedback undermine the teaching relationship?

It does if it replaces the educator. It does not if it prepares a structured first pass that the educator revises and owns — which is closer to how good feedback already gets produced under time pressure.

How do we stop it doing students' work for them?

Scope it to administration, progress and rubric-based feedback rather than content generation, and pair the deployment with a clear academic integrity policy. Technical controls alone will not hold that line.
