Terms of Use

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of Email - Swipe Mail (the “App”), published by Koderead Solutions LLP. By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy at https://koderead.com/swipemail/privacy.

2. The App

Swipe Mail is a mail client. It connects to third-party providers you choose (such as Google, Microsoft, Yahoo, iCloud, or an IMAP host) so you can read, send, and organize mail on your device. We do not provide the underlying mailbox.

3. Your accounts

• You must have the right to access each mailbox you connect.
• You are responsible for keeping provider passwords and app-specific passwords confidential.
• You must comply with your provider’s terms (including Google, Microsoft, Yahoo, and Apple).

4. Acceptable use

• Do not use the App to send spam, malware, or unlawful content.
• Do not attempt to disrupt the App, reverse engineer it except where permitted by law, or bypass technical limits.
• Do not use the App to violate another person’s privacy or intellectual property.

5. Swipe Mail Pro and in-app purchases

Optional paid features may be offered as a subscription or one-time purchase through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Payments, billing, cancellation, and refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their store terms. Subscriptions renew until you cancel in your store account settings.

6. Third-party services

The App relies on third-party mail providers. Their outages, rate limits, and policies are outside our control. Links inside emails lead to third-party sites; we are not responsible for those sites.

7. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is.” We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that every message will sync instantly on every provider. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Koderead Solutions LLP is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or mail, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid us for the App in the 12 months before the claim (or USD $10 if you have paid nothing).

9. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by signing out and uninstalling. We may stop offering the App or restrict access if you materially breach these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer law in your country says otherwise.
