At Koderead Solutions LLP, our users' privacy is important, and we put great efforts into making sure that we secure your personal information and use it properly. This Privacy Policy covers all personally identifiable information shared through Koderead's apps, games, and our website. It applies to our website (the “website”), and to the use of our mobile apps and games (the “app” or “apps”) which are owned and operated by Koderead Solutions LLP. Our mobile apps, games, and website are collectively referred to as the “Service.”

This Privacy Policy describes how Koderead Solutions LLPcollects and uses the personal information you provide, the options, choices, and rights you have in connection with the personal information that is collected, and our relevant privacy personnel's contact details.

Please note, you are not obligated to provide us with any personal information by law. We do not sell, lease, or exchange your personal data to third parties in ways other than described in this Privacy Policy.

Installing and Using the App

When you install and use our apps on your mobile device you are not required to provide personal information such as your name, email address, telephone number, etc.

If you decide to utilize Google Play Games service (which is optional and not necessary to play our apps), the Google Play Games service may request you to provide additional personal information, including requesting and utilizing your Google Account information. (Your Google Account information will include personal information such as your name, email address, telephone number or credit card, etc.)

  • Google's Play Games service allows you to upload and share gaming information with other app users. You do not need to use Google's Play Games service in order to play our apps — it is entirely voluntary.

When you submit our contact form at https://koderead.com/contact, you voluntarily provide your name, email address, and project details so we can respond to your inquiry. We use this information only to communicate with you about your request and related services.

The Personally Identifiable and Non-Personally Identifiable Information That Is Collected

Non-Personally Identifiable Information

  • When you open and start using our apps on your mobile device, we collect certain technical information connected to your use of the app. We do not use this information to identify you individually (it is known as "non-personally identifiable information," "Non-PII"). This information includes but is not limited to device state information, unique device identifiers, device hardware and OS information, and information relating to the Service's functionality.
  • We collect this information and send it to third-party analytical tools for the purpose of analyzing data from the usage of the apps and improving our Service.
  • When you download our app, we collect an instance ID of the app (a unique ID created during app installation) that is removed whenever the app is uninstalled. At any time you can view and reset the instance ID through the app's settings.

Personally Identifiable Information That Is Collected from You

  • After installing our apps you also have the option to register with Google's Play Games app, which requires you to sign in via a Google Account. Any information that you provide is out of our control. Google's privacy policy can be found at: https://policies.google.com/privacy
  • Third-party advertising such as Google and Facebook ("Third Party Services") may collect personally identifiable information ("PII") related to you for the purpose of providing their targeted advertising services.
  • We have no control over the privacy policies of third-party advertisers such as Google and Facebook. We encourage you to learn more about third-party services and their privacy policies.

Payments And Payment Processors

There are no purchases (in-app or otherwise) available or necessary with our free apps. Our apps are free and there are no in-app purchases.

If you register and use Google Play Games Service, you may have the option to purchase third-party apps that are not affiliated with Koderead Solutions LLP. Google Play and/or those apps may require you to make payments and provide personal information. We do not have any control over third-party apps or Google's privacy policies.

For custom software development or other paid services offered by Koderead Solutions LLP, payment terms are agreed separately in commercial contracts and may involve third-party payment processors.

Social Media Sharing

If you choose to sign into the Google Play Games app, you may have the option to share your playing experience through Google, for example by playing using a Gamer ID that is linked to your Google Account that allows you to share your results with other gamers and play others through multiplayer modes.

  • We do not have any control over your use of Google Play Games Service, how you decide to share via Google Play Games service, or Google's own privacy practices. Google's privacy policy can be found at: https://policies.google.com/privacy
  • If you sign in to Google, your game progress will be visible according to the privacy setting within Google Play Games service.

What Do We Do With Your Personal And Non-Personal Information?

We do not collect personal information from you when you use our apps unless you voluntarily provide it (for example through Google Play Games or our website contact form). We do collect certain information that is not for the purpose of identifying you ("Non PII"). This information includes, but is not limited to, device state information, unique device identifiers, device hardware and OS information, and information relating to how the Service's functionality.

We use non-identifiable information gathered in our analytics system and may share it with user acquisition platforms such as Google and Facebook. We do not sell information or monetize our users' data.

When you use our Service, certain third parties such as Google and Facebook may collect personally identifiable information for the purpose of providing their targeted advertising services.

Disclosure of Information to Authorities

We will need to disclose personally identifiable information in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.

Aggregated And Analytical Information

Aggregated data is not identifiable. We use it for legitimate business purposes.

We share anonymous, statistical, or aggregated user information and data with third-party analytical tools in order to help us analyze our user base and improve the Service.

Your California Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits you to request in writing a list of the categories of your personal information which we have disclosed to third parties during the preceding year for the third parties' direct marketing purposes, and the names and addresses of the third parties that have received your personal information for direct marketing purposes.

Your EU Data Subject Rights

If we process personal information related to you when you are in the EU, you may: withdraw your consent; request deletion or restriction of access; request data portability; object to processing for direct marketing; lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.

Since we do not directly collect or store all personal data, if you would like to exercise your EU data subject rights in relation to personal information collected by third-party services, you can contact those services directly or contact us and we will make our best efforts to facilitate your request.

We will make appropriate efforts to ensure that personal information collected by third-party services is kept for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which it is processed.

Transfer Of Data Outside Your Territory

To the extent third-party services collect your data, they may store and process information in various sites throughout the globe, including cloud-based service providers that provide adequate security and confidentiality commitments.

Information Security

We and our hosting third-party services implement systems, applications, and procedures to secure your personal information, to minimize the risks of theft, damage, loss of information, or unauthorized access or use of information.

Although we make efforts to protect your privacy, we cannot guarantee that the Service will be immune from any wrongdoings, malfunctions, unlawful access, or other kinds of abuse and misuse.

Underage Use Policy

Koderead Solutions LLP's Service and apps are not directed to children under 16 years of age. Anyone under the age of 16 does not have our permission to use our apps. We do not intentionally or knowingly collect personal information on such users. If you are between the ages of 16 and 18, please let your parent or guardian know about this Policy and get their permission before you use our apps.

Changes To This Privacy Policy

From time to time, we may need to update this Policy. If the updates have minor if any consequences, they will take effect 7 days after we post a notice on the Site. Substantial changes will be effective 30 days after our notice was initially posted.

Until the new Policy takes effect, you can choose not to accept it and terminate your use of the Site. Continuing to use the Site after the new Policy takes effect means that you agree to the new Policy.

Incorporation to the Terms of Use

This policy is an integral part of the Koderead Solutions LLP Terms of Use or, if applicable, of any other agreement entered into between you and us.
